SECTION 2: SALES POLICY

2.1. Order and Payment

  • Orders placed through the site are processed after payment confirmation is received.

  • Product prices and shipping costs (if any) are clearly displayed on the payment screen.

2.2. Delivery and Shipping

  • Operation Center: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in Turkey (Bursa) for fast delivery.

  • Damage Inspection: The buyer is responsible for inspecting the package for damage upon receipt. Crushed, broken, or wet packages should not be accepted, and a report must be kept.

2.3. "Try a Sample First" Principle Due to the sensitivity of Transparent Vehicle Protection Film (PPF) products, our sales are based on the "Sample Delivery" principle:

  • A free test sample is sent with every order.

  • Buyer should try this sample before opening the main product.

  • If the Buyer does not like the sample, he/she can return the main product without opening it .

  • Return requests made after the packaging or protective film of the main product has been opened will not be accepted (except for defective goods).

2.4. Warranty Terms

  • PPF products sold are guaranteed for 5 years against yellowing, cracking and manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover improper application (improper installation), external impacts or chemical burns.

2.5. International Sales (Export) For orders placed outside Turkey, customs duties and import costs in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.
