  • Sample System: Our sales are based on a "Try the Sample First" principle to ensure customer satisfaction. The buyer should not open the main product without trying the free sample included with the order. By opening the main product, the user is deemed to have accepted the product.

  • Customs and Taxes: Products are shipped from Turkey. For international orders, customs duties, import duties, and other charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the BUYER .

  • Shipping: Shipping is free for orders over a specified amount (e.g. 1000 TL).
