How to Apply Pre-Cut PPF Coating

1. Detailed Vehicle Cleaning

Before application, the surface of the vehicle to be coated is thoroughly cleaned. Dust, dirt, resin, and oil residues are completely removed. This step is critical for ensuring the PPF film adheres perfectly to the surface.

2. Surface Disinfection

After cleaning, the surface is disinfected with special alcohol-based solutions. This process prevents microscopic particles from remaining under the film.

3. Placement of Pre-cut PPF Film

The PPF film, cut specifically for the vehicle, is applied to the surface with the help of a lubricant solution. Thanks to its pre-cut design, the film fits perfectly with the hood, bumper, fenders, and doors.

4. Air and Water Drainage

Using specialized application tools, all air and water beneath the film are completely removed. This step ensures a smooth and transparent finish.

5. Fixing and Curing Process

After application, the film edges are secured. The vehicle is left to dry for a specific period to allow the film to adhere perfectly to the surface.
