1. DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

BUYER: https://fitppf.com any natural or legal person who places an order through the website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the Parties within the framework of international e-commerce standards and consumer protection legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of Paint Protection Film (PPF) products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS

  • Payment: Payments are collected in advance using the methods offered (Credit Card, etc.) at the ordering stage (checkout).

  • Shipping Location: Products are shipped from our warehouse in Bursa, Turkey . Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Customs and Taxes:

    • No tax is charged upon exit from Türkiye (export).

    • Import Duties: Any import VAT, customs duties or customs clearance costs that may arise in accordance with the customs regulations in the Buyer's country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer . These costs are not included in the product price.

    • Non-Receipt: If the Buyer does not pay customs fees or refuses to accept the package, the return shipping fee, warehouse costs and other expenses will be collected from the Buyer or deducted from the refund amount.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND "TRY A SAMPLE FIRST" SYSTEM

  • Sample Policy: To guarantee customer satisfaction, we send a Free Test Sample with every roll shipped.

  • Procedure: Buyer must test this sample on his vehicle before opening the main product package.

  • Right of Return: If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality after trying the sample, he can exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery.

  • Return Conditions: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the main product (roll) must be unopened, unused, and the protective film (liner) must not have been removed . Returns of products with removed or cut protective layers will not be accepted.

  • Refund: The Seller will refund the price of the returned product within 14 days after receiving and checking the quality of the returned product. For arbitrary returns other than defective goods, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. WARRANTY (5 YEARS)

  • Scope: Our FIT PPF products are guaranteed for 5 years against yellowing, cracking and swelling (excluding incorrect application).

  • Document: A Warranty Certificate specifically prepared with the Buyer Name and License Plate information is sent with your order.

6. DATA PRIVACY

  • The seller uses personal data only for order processing, delivery, and legal obligations. Detailed information is available on the Privacy Policy page.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA) , where Seller is headquartered. However, for international consumer transactions, the mandatory protective laws of the Buyer's country of residence are subject to change.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By completing the order, the Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted this Agreement and the "Try a Sample First" policy.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

1.1. General Rule: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met. 1.2. "Try a Sample First" Principle: Test the free sample included with your order for adhesion, thickness, and gloss.

  • If you like it: You can open the main product and apply it.

  • If you don't like it: DO NOT OPEN the main product box or protective film. You can return the unopened product and get your money back. 1.3. Products That Cannot Be Returned: Due to their delicate nature;

  • The protective layer (liner) has been removed,

  • Has been cut, treated or exposed to chemicals,

  • Products that are sent outside of their original cylinder box or damaged will not be accepted for return.

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. For a return request, please send an e-mail to info@https://www.google.com/search?q=fitppf.com with your order number.

2.2. Send the product to the address that our support team will inform you (usually to the warehouse in Bursa, Turkey ).

2.3. If the product is not defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

3. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

3.1. All products are shipped in hard, protective cylinder boxes. 3.2. If the package arrives crushed, broken, or wet, do not accept it . Have the courier prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and contact us immediately at info@fitppf.com or +90 551 341 31 99 .
