CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

As ARTDESTRA LLC ("Seller"), it is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you purchased from https://www.google.com/search?q=fitppf.com . Due to the sensitive nature of our products (PPF - Paint Protection Film), we follow special procedures for returns, as outlined below.
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Condition: Products to be returned must be in their original packaging , unused, uncut and in resalable condition.

Shipping Cost: For "arbitrary returns" (giving up, disliking, etc.), other than defective (faulty) or incorrectly sent products, the return shipping costs and any customs costs that may occur are the responsibility of the Buyer .
2. "TRY A SAMPLE FIRST" SYSTEM AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To guarantee customer satisfaction and prevent defective orders, we send a Free Test Sample with every order.

Step 1: When your shipment reaches you, before opening the main roll package, find the small test sample that came inside the box or with it.

Step 2: Test this sample on a small area of your vehicle for adhesion, flexibility and gloss.

Step 3 (If You Are Satisfied): If you are satisfied with the sample, you can open the packaging of the main product and apply it.

Step 4 (If You're Not Satisfied): If you don't like the sample, DO NOT OPEN the main product's box or protective film (liner). You can get your money back by returning the unopened, original product.
IMPORTANT: Opening the main roll packaging after trying the test sample signifies your approval of the product. After this stage, returns will not be accepted due to "I didn't like it."
3. CASES WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The transparent protective layer (liner/backing paper) on the product has been removed.

The product has been cut with scissors or a knife.

The product was tried to be applied or has been applied to the vehicle.

The product has been in contact with chemical substances (detergent, thinner, etc.).

Returned damaged/without original hard cylinder box and packaging.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below:

Notification: Send your return request via email to info@fitppf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Confirmation: Our customer service will review your request and send you a Return Code and Return Warehouse Address (Turkey/Bursa Warehouse).

Shipping: Place the product in its original cylinder box to prevent damage during transport. Write the Return Code on the box and deliver it to the courier.

Inspection and Returns: When the product arrives at our warehouse, it is inspected by our quality control team (checking whether the roll has been opened). Approved returns will be refunded to the card/account you used to make the payment within 7-14 business days.
- Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.
5. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All our products are shipped in special impact-resistant packaging.

If you notice that the cargo package is crushed, broken, wet or damaged when receiving it, DO NOT ACCEPT THE package.

Have the cargo officer draw up a "Damage Assessment Report" and send the package back.

Please report the situation to us immediately via WhatsApp at +90 551 341 31 99 or via email. A new product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

The cargo company and our company do not accept responsibility for damaged products received without a report being kept.
